Resources from Government Bureaux/Departments
- The Family Health Service of the Department of Health has produced Domestic Safety Handbook, various leaflets and via YouTube to provide parents-to-be and parents of infants and small children with information on parenting, child health and positive discipline. A newly launched membership programme - Parent-Child e-Link e-newsletter also provides parents as well as professionals regular delivery of thematic parenting and child health information through on-line registration. Another newly launched programme is the interactive parenting e-learning course, Parenting Made Easy, allowing all-time access to parenting information with quiz at the end of each stage of the course.

- The Work Towards Family Harmony (Chinese version only) section of the "Cultivate Caring, Begins from Family" website explores ways and means of interaction between the three generations in families for reference of grandparents/parent and students/the younger generation.
- The "To Lead a Healthy Lifestyle" column (Chinese version only) consolidates resources on developing a healthy lifestyle to support teachers in designing learning and teaching activities related to the promotion of health education and the development of moral values and good habits. There are also reference materials for parents and students.
- The Lesson Plans (Chinese version only) on "life events" that students may encounter in everyday life are categorised according to four key stages of learning and are available on EDB's website. Apart from topics on family life, there are also lesson plans on enhancing students' understanding of different personal, family and social issues.
- Education Bureau has been disseminating important messages on supporting physical and psychological development of students, which includes parent-child relationship, parenting skills, and emotional management of parents through the one-stop parent education website "Smart Parent Net" .
- The Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration (OFNAA) organises various types of publicity and public education activities including talks for students and parents, parent workshops, etc. to promote the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (COIAO) as well as the safe and smart use of the Internet (including the use of filtering software). These activities aim at enhancing public awareness of the proper use of the Internet, thereby protecting the youngsters from the harmful effects of contacting objectionable materials or content.
