Family-Friendly Employers Award Schemes

The Family Council and the former Home Affairs Bureau organised the Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme in 2011, 2013/14, 2015/16 and 2017/18. The award scheme aimed to give recognition to employers who attach importance to the spirit of family-friendliness, encourage them to continue to put in place measures to raise awareness in the business sector of the importance of family core values, and foster a pro-family culture and environment.
